Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications with a professional and positive demeanor.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Accurately update and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with management to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.

Qualifications
