Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Participate in onboarding processes for new staff members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
