Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues across 150+ workstations
- Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including routers/switches
- Document IT processes and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Monitor security protocols and assist with compliance initiatives
- Troubleshoot VPN, cloud services (Azure/O365), and endpoint protection
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and security fundamentals
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment maintenance
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
