Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document all IT issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical problems
- Assist with network administration tasks including firewall management
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for employees
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure)
