Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes
- Lead agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Document technical specifications for stakeholder reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Expertise in Python, Java, or Go
- AWS/GCP certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
- Proven track record of mentoring developers
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
