- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume support calls.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and product updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Basic computer proficiency (Windows and Mac experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type and navigate multiple computer screens simultaneously.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn new technologies quickly.
