As an Entry Level Specialist, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive top-tier support and service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new clients.
- Manage daily client communications via phone, email, and chat support.
- Update customer records and account status in our CRM database.
- Identify client pain points and escalate complex issues to senior management.
- Analyze customer feedback to help improve our service delivery and product features.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training workshops to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
