Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding calls and emails to introduce new clients to our platform and answer initial inquiries.
- Monitor client accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Proactively follow up with clients to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for new team members.
- Meet daily and weekly KPI targets regarding client retention and satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new software quickly.
- Able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
