Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Participate in weekly training sessions and team huddles
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications

- Strong verbal/written communication skills
