Responsibilities
- Assess and stabilize critical patients in emergency settings
- Administer life-saving interventions including medications and IV therapies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary trauma teams during resuscitations
- Accurately document patient care using EMR systems
- Provide family education during high-stress situations
- Maintain strict compliance with JCAHO and emergency protocols
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
Qualifications
- Active AZ RN license with no disciplinary actions
- Minimum 2 years ER or critical care experience
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN candidates with 5+ years experience considered)
- Proven ability to maintain composure during mass casualty incidents
- Strong proficiency in Epic EMR documentation
- Spanish bilingual skills highly valued
