Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of 20+ nursing staff across ICU/ER units
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Implement patient safety protocols and quality improvement initiatives
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care teams for complex cases
- Conduct performance reviews and mentorship programs
- Handle staffing schedules and resource allocation
- Investigate incident reports and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (required)
- Bachelor's in Nursing (MSN preferred)
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience
- 2+ years leadership/supervisory role
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
- Strong knowledge of Epic EHR systems
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends
