Responsibilities
- Provide critical care to emergency patients with rapid assessment and intervention
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during trauma activations and code responses
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols
- Educate patients and families on emergency care procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Maryland
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Minimum 2 years ED or critical care experience
- BSN degree preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
