Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the long-term technology vision for the 2026 strategic roadmap and beyond.
- Lead cross-functional research and development initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Analyze global market trends to identify high-value opportunities for technological disruption.
- Manage the budget and resource allocation for high-risk, high-reward future projects.
- Cultivate partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate technical roadmaps into business growth strategies.
- Establish frameworks for ethical AI and responsible technology adoption.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing major technology shifts successfully.
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Infrastructure.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Technology Management) is highly preferred.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing large, distributed teams.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Strategic Planning (e.g., CSPO) is a plus.
