Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze technological disruptions through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on sustainable tech solutions for 2026+ market needs
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
