Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting our industry
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design and implement innovation sprints focused on 2026-ready solutions
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Establish global thought leadership through whitepapers, conferences, and media engagements
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an organization-wide future-ready mindset
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale strategic foresight projects
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Global perspective with experience across multiple industries and cultures
