Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year technology roadmap focused on AI, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Intelligence for 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the Research and Development department, driving innovation in neural networks and autonomous systems.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier talent, fostering a culture of experimentation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to C-suite executives and investors to secure funding and buy-in.
- Partnerships: Establish strategic alliances with leading universities and tech giants to stay ahead of the curve.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all technological advancements adhere to strict ethical guidelines and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the tech industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, LLMs).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of thinking outside the box and driving disruptive innovation.
