Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive enterprise technology roadmap for 2026 and beyond.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies including generative AI, spatial computing, and advanced quantum-safe architectures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align future tech initiatives with overarching business goals.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing R&D team focused on rapid prototyping and market validation.
- Identify potential technological disruptions and develop proactive, strategic mitigation plans.
- Present quarterly progress, budget forecasts, and strategic insights to stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, product strategy, or enterprise architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling emerging technologies from concept to full production.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of AI/ML, next-generation cloud infrastructure, and data ecosystems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive-level communication skills.
