Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing AI, automation, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze emerging technology trends (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities for the organization.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee internal R&D initiatives and partnerships with academic institutions to foster innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable business insights for the C-Suite and board members.
- Resource Allocation: Manage technology budgets and resources to ensure optimal ROI on innovation projects.
- Implementation Oversight: Lead the pilot programs for 2026 tech stacks, ensuring seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry shifts and build long-term technology strategies.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and emerging tech trends.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems through innovative technological solutions.
