Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the comprehensive technology roadmap for Nexus Dynamics, with specific focus on achieving breakthrough milestones by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists.
- R&D Oversight: Direct cutting-edge research projects in AI, autonomous systems, and next-gen computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to C-suite executives and investors.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging trends and competitive threats in the global tech landscape.
- Innovation Culture: Foster a culture of continuous innovation and rapid prototyping across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, AI, or Engineering leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a C-suite or Director-level capacity.
- Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and emerging quantum algorithms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and written communication skills.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated track record of turning visionary ideas into scalable business solutions.
