Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware/software issues during weekend shifts
- Deploy, configure, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Execute system updates, security patches, and disaster recovery protocols
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures in ITSM tools
- Collaborate with on-call engineers to resolve complex escalations
- Conduct user training sessions for new technologies and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Valid California driver's license for occasional equipment transport
