Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmap, aligning long-term technology trends with business objectives.
- R&D Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional R&D teams in exploring and prototyping cutting-edge technologies, including Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify disruptive technologies and competitive threats, providing quarterly strategic briefs to the board.
- Operational Efficiency: Overhaul operational workflows to integrate AI-driven automation, ensuring scalability and cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for high-stakes initiatives.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with tech vendors, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, product management, or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends; ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading long-term strategic initiatives and delivering results.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead, inspire, and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
