Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap and vision.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics across all departments.
- Lead initiatives to ensure cybersecurity resilience against next-generation threats.
- Identify and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing).
- Manage strategic partnerships with leading AI and hardware vendors.
- Mentor and grow a team of futurists, data scientists, and system architects.
- Present quarterly strategic updates to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership or product management.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid systems.
- Strong background in AI/ML implementation and ethical guidelines.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tech into business value.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
