Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the 2026 Initiative, aligning with company-wide goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Product, Marketing) to deliver breakthrough innovations ahead of schedule.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Oversee the development of intellectual property and proprietary technologies.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and investors.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, Cloud, and Edge Computing.
- Establish key partnerships and collaborations to accelerate the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic leadership, product management, or technical consulting within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex projects or product lifecycles from conception to launch.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential application in business scenarios.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically about future market dynamics.
- Experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.
