Responsibilities
- Strategic Architecture: Design and oversee the long-term technical roadmap for our Generative AI and Quantum-ML integration projects.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance team of senior data scientists and AI engineers.
- R&D Oversight: Evaluate emerging technologies and determine how they can be integrated into our core product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of large-scale neural networks to ensure real-time latency and accuracy.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Investor Relations: Present technical roadmaps and progress to investors and board members.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, GANs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining technical strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams through complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid prototyping and iteration.
