Responsibilities
- Architect and drive the comprehensive AI technology roadmap targeting key 2026 milestones.
- Collaborate directly with the C-suite to align AI initiatives with overarching business objectives and market forecasts.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of machine learning engineers, data scientists, and researchers.
- Evaluate emerging AI trends and technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the tech landscape.
- Oversee the ethical deployment of AI models, ensuring compliance, security, and fairness across all platforms.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate advanced AI capabilities into our core SaaS offerings.
- Secure and allocate resources, managing a multi-million dollar R&D budget dedicated to 2026 innovation goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML strategy.
- Proven track record of successfully scaling machine learning models from prototype to enterprise-grade production.
- Deep understanding of modern AI architectures, LLMs, generative AI, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
