Key Objectives:
- Define the technology roadmap leading up to and through 2026.
- Oversee the integration of AI, Quantum computing, and next-gen infrastructure.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech vision with business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on long-term scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap.
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, Web3) to forecast business impact.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of future technologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term tech investments.
- Present complex strategic insights to stakeholders and board members.
- Establish partnerships with tech innovators and universities for R&D collaboration.
- Drive the cultural shift towards a future-ready organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Executive Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation or innovation initiatives.
- Deep technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Architecture.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
