Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) and spatial interfaces.
- Lead a cross-functional team of AI researchers, product managers, and engineers to prototype and validate future product concepts.
- Assess emerging tech trends and market shifts to pivot business strategies proactively.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure funding and resources for high-risk, high-reward R&D initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and open-source communities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Oversee the ethical implementation of AI, ensuring compliance and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in AI/ML strategy or product development.
- Deep technical understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches in the tech industry.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
