Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of 2026 infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Logistics Management: Direct the coordination of complex supply chains and resource allocation to support high-volume operational demands.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies, vendors, and internal leadership to ensure clear communication and project visibility.
- Operational Excellence: Implement robust monitoring systems to track project milestones, budgets, and performance metrics in real-time.
- Crisis Management: Develop and execute contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity during peak operational periods.
- Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, planners, and operations specialists.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure or logistics initiatives.
- Certification: PMP or CAPM certification is strongly required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Asana, MS Project) and data analytics tools.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and adapt to changing priorities.
