- Deliver exceptional customer service to high-volume guests via phone, email, and in-person
- Manage reservation systems with precision and attention to detail
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist in training new team members on service standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong computer literacy with reservation software experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude with genuine passion for guest satisfaction
- Valid Nevada work authorization required
- Basic knowledge of Las Vegas tourism landscape preferred
