- Provide exceptional guest service across all resort amenities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain pristine facility standards through regular inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak weekend operations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
- Uphold all safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service or hospitality experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency
- Nevada gaming license (or ability to obtain)
- Must be 21+ years of age
