Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate assigned table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps) with precision and speed
- Maintain accurate chip counts and financial transactions while adhering to gaming regulations
- Deliver exceptional guest service through engaging interactions and professional demeanor
- Monitor game security and identify potential irregularities per compliance protocols
- Collaborate with pit supervisors to resolve guest inquiries and table adjustments
- Complete daily shift reports and reconciliation documentation
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year casino dealing experience with proven game proficiency
- Valid Nevada Gaming License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional mathematical skills and cash handling accuracy
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods in fast-paced environments
- Flexible weekend availability (Fri/Sat/Sun shifts, 8-10 hour shifts)
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
