- Update customer information in our database to ensure records are current and accurate.
- Collaborate with team leads to discuss daily performance and suggest improvements for customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience is considered.
- Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating web browsers, and email).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote work options.
