What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company. Your primary goal is to ensure our clients have a seamless experience while resolving their inquiries efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and technical questions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately in our internal CRM systems.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the database.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to troubleshoot delivery and product issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or upsell services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote or hybrid shifts.
