Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, aiming for a positive resolution.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Provide accurate product and service information to assist customers with their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote roles.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
