Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner.

- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the team lead when necessary.
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance purposes.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
