Responsibilities
- Define the comprehensive technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Integrate cutting-edge Generative AI and Machine Learning models into core workflows.
- Oversee the migration to serverless and edge computing architectures for global latency reduction.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and code quality across the engineering organization.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, and TypeScript/React.
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of implementing AI/ML solutions and LLMs.
- Strong experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
