Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in innovation strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Robotics
- Published research in Nature/Science/IEEE journals
- Proven track record launching 3+ patented technologies
- Experience securing federal innovation grants ($10M+)
- Deep understanding of semiconductor and quantum supply chains
- Fluency in Mandarin/German for global partnerships
