Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and disruptions relevant to 2026
- Develop comprehensive future scenarios and roadmaps for product development and market expansion
- Design and implement innovation frameworks to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to translate future insights into actionable initiatives
- Establish and maintain expert networks, partnerships, and research channels for trend intelligence
- Present future outlook reports and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience developing and implementing innovation frameworks in corporate environments
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-oriented strategy projects and thought leadership
