Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Vision: Define the technical roadmap for AI adoption, focusing on scalability, safety, and performance for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Architect GenAI Solutions: Design and implement robust Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines, fine-tuning models for specific enterprise use cases.
- MLOps & Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of AI models on scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists to establish data governance frameworks and ensure high-quality training data pipelines.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends (e.g., Multimodal AI, Autonomous Agents) and prototype cutting-edge solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern ML frameworks.
- LLM Expertise: Proven track record of working with GPT-4, Llama, or similar transformer architectures.
- MLOps: Strong understanding of CI/CD for ML, Kubernetes, and model versioning (MLflow).
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
