Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with proven experience scaling enterprise AI initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and large-scale distributed systems
- Successful track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native AI deployment (AWS/Azure)
