Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Horizon Roadmap, focusing on scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment and data pipeline management.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate strategic business goals into concrete technical milestones.
- Mentor and develop senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in early-stage projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive the integration of next-generation edge computing technologies into our core ecosystem.
- Present technical strategies and architectural overviews to executive stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed system design patterns.
- Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and neural network optimization.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering complex systems under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business leadership.
