Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration across all product lines.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Oversee high-level research projects in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Neural Interfaces.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational Scaling: Design scalable systems capable of handling millions of concurrent neural data streams.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class team of Data Scientists and Systems Engineers.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to the latest ethical guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Robotics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term product strategies and driving adoption.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
