Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Infrastructure: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-availability systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing by 2026.
- AI Integration Strategy: Lead the technical integration of generative AI models into core enterprise workflows, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Future-Proofing Roadmap: Develop long-term technical roadmaps that anticipate emerging technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish and maintain high engineering standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior architects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a high-growth tech environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and large language model (LLM) deployment strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous engineering problems.
