Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI architectures for quantum-enhanced machine learning systems
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in generative AI, autonomous agents, and neuro-symbolic computing
- Develop patentable algorithms for ethical AI deployment and explainable decision-making frameworks
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize AI-quantum hybrid systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor PhD researchers and guide junior scientists in advanced AI methodologies
- Translate theoretical innovations into scalable production-ready solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 5+ years in advanced AI research with 3+ publications at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum programming languages
- Strong background in reinforcement learning, generative adversarial networks, and transformer architectures
- Proven ability to lead complex research projects with measurable impact
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
