Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030
- Develop actionable scenario plans and strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct immersive trend workshops with executive leadership teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs prototyping future-critical solutions
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technical architectures
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend forecasts with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI governance, quantum computing, bio-convergence, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Strong quantitative modeling capabilities for trend analysis
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Shell's Scenario Planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-critical projects delivered
