Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive Technology Roadmap for 2026 and beyond, identifying key emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing, Generative AI, and Synthetic Biology.
- Conduct rigorous research and feasibility studies on disruptive technologies to assess commercial viability and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the C-suite and executive leadership to translate long-term strategic goals into actionable technical initiatives.
- Oversee a portfolio of R&D innovation projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission to redefine industry standards.
- Pitch visionary concepts to stakeholders and investors to secure resources for high-risk, high-reward experimental initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in strategic technology planning, R&D management, or product strategy within a Fortune 500 or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term strategic visions and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential to disrupt current market landscapes.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
