- Establish KPIs for AI ROI and ethical compliance frameworks
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership papers
Qualifications
- 12+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Published research in peer-reviewed AI/tech journals
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST guidelines)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering
