Qualifications

- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF frameworks
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM AIF360, Fairlearn)
- Published research on algorithmic accountability
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or similar
