Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record in AI ethics research and bias mitigation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong programming skills (Python, R) and statistical analysis capabilities
- Experience with large language model fine-tuning and evaluation
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics journals or conferences
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Google)
