Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026-ready AI and autonomous infrastructure.
- Lead a team of 10+ engineers in designing scalable, distributed systems using next-gen stacks.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure the highest standards of data security, ethical AI compliance, and system resilience.
- Conduct R&D on emerging technologies, including advanced machine learning models and quantum computing interfaces.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous technical interviews to build a world-class engineering team.
- Present technical strategies and architectural decisions to C-level stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years in AI/ML engineering leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
